What sets this work apart is the integration of cutting-edge neuroscience, relational depth, and personality insight — a powerful, results-focused method paired with a calm, compassionate approach.
With qualifications in BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (Level 1), Imago Education and Counselling, I bring together structured technique and human connection.
The work is grounded in how your brain responds automatically, while also recognising the importance of relationships, emotional patterns, and lived experience. This isn't just therapeutic — it's transformational.
My journey into this work came through a deep interest in understanding why we think, react, relate, and repeat the patterns we do.
That interest became personal through my own experience of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer served me — patterns that once helped me cope and survive, but eventually began holding me back.
That search for understanding led me into the study of nervous system responses, self-awareness, relational patterns, and transformational change.
Through BWRT®, the Enneagram, and Imago work, I help people understand the patterns shaping their lives so they can respond differently, relate differently, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.
Because lasting change doesn't come from fighting who you are.
It comes from understanding yourself deeply enough to create new possibilities.
For individuals feeling stuck, the focus is on four shifts that change how you live, not just how you think. Each one updates something at the root.
Update the automatic responses that have been running you — at the level where they were first written.
Move out of reactivity. Choose your response — instead of being chosen by an old one.
Notice the patterns that shape how you meet others. Soften them. Stay present in connection.
Return to a sense of calm, capacity and well-being that isn't dependent on managing yourself.
